As the founder of Rosey Developments, I’ve always believed that housing is more than bricks and mortar - it’s the foundation for dignity, stability, and opportunity. From the introduction of our earliest rental properties to our newest developments, our goal has been to build places where people from all walks of life can feel safe, welcomed, and at home. We build inclusive housing because people come from all walks of life - and we want to make sure that each has a place they don't just live in - but can comfortably call home.
Over the years, we’ve been proud to work alongside non-profit partners to help address real housing needs in our communities, including projects that support individuals and families who are often left out of the traditional housing market.
